This workshop series will focus on developing the necessary skills to be a successful leader through learning about the journey of others. Each session will include a brief overview of the leader’s path followed by an open discussion on the session’s topic. These interactive workshops are open to faculty at all levels and academic administration.
While it is encouraged to attend all five sessions in the series, participants are welcome to attend individual workshops.

The New Department Heads Workshop Series will be offered as a one-year community to support department heads who have been in administrative positions three years or less. However, we do encourage seasoned department heads to attend and share their experiences.
