Copyright and Your Course

A UNG Online Self-Paced Workshop

The purpose of this workshop is to promote copyright compliance in the higher education environment by helping faculty and staff develop a plan for addressing copyright issues in everyday practice.

Participants will be introduced to the exclusive rights of a copyright holder and relevant limitations on those rights. Open licensing, public domain, and terms of use are also addressed.

This workshop provides education and information only. It is not a law course and does not provide legal training or legal advice.

This workshop is for faculty and staff.

How do I sign up for a self-paced workshop?

The Explore tool in eLearning@UNG (D2L) allows faculty, staff, and students to self-enroll in special courses and tutorials. In Explore, users can view the available offerings, click an item for a brief description, and then click a button to enroll.
