An error message will be displayed when a course that contains LockDown Browser content is copied, or an exam is migrated from an old course to a new course. The instructor must open the LDB Dashboard once before students take an exam.

D2L Brightspace needs to make a connection with LockDown Browser. Opening the LDB Dashboard activates the exam.

It is also a good idea to check the exam settings.
