The Ally Accessibility Report provides an easy way to locate files that have accessibility issues in an eLearning@UNG (D2L) course. The report does not replace the regular Ally score, colored gauges, and guidance found in each course module.

The report includes Overview and Content tabs to give the big picture as well as specific details about the accessibility of the online course content.

  • The Overview tab shows the accessibility score for the course, course content grouped by content type, and a list of all issues identified in the course.
  • The Content tab shows you the content with accessibility issues.

To view the report, instructors add the report link to their eLearning@UNG course. This link is only visible to the instructor (hidden using the module “hide” slide).

Follow these steps to create a new module, add the report link, and hide the module from students.
