OSS provides multiple services and resources for faculty, staff, and students.
Merci Rivera and Deanna Simonds are located on the Dahlonega campus and also serve the Blue Ridge and Cumming campuses. Steven Bagley is located on the Gainesville campus and also serves the Oconee campus.

Online Student Success Advisors help all UNG students with online courses, both UNG Online and eCore, from start to finish. We also help faculty and staff with any online student concerns, such as students who have gone MIA in their classes or need additional help managing the online classroom.
