An Online Student Success Advisor will connect the student with the proper resources and report the findings back to you.

Issues that may require assistance from an Online Student Success Advisor include:

• not logging in
• not participating
• missing assignments
• missed a major assignment or test
• needs tutoring
• needs writing assistance
• will not return calls or emails
