SNEAK PEEK
Coming in Summer 2019
As a part of the move to the Brightspace Cloud, we will have two new tools available to us in eLearning@UNG (D2L).
Learning Object Repository
This provides the ability to create custom repositories to share quizzes, content, files, and other materials. LORs can be created and used by departments, teams, specific courses, and individuals.
Brightspace Portfolio
This is a tool for students to create an online portfolio of writings, projects, images, code, presentations, etc. and selectively share with family, friends, potential employers, etc. This can also be used as a course-specific portfolio area.
New Tool Testers Needed
If anyone is interested in using the new tools (Learning Object Repository and Brightspace Portfolio) and would like to participate in piloting or testing them in the summer, please send us an email at deti@ung.edu.
