How to Obtain a Duo Passcode

Students and faculty use their mobile device and Duo Mobile App to access software that requires two-factor authentication.

When there is no cell or Wi-Fi connectivity, or where devices are not permitted (UNG testing centers), a Duo passcode can be created.

  1. Open the DUO Mobile App
  2. Click the dropdown arrow to obtain the 6 digit passcode
  3. Use the passcode to gain access to software protected by 2FA
