This month’s software update for eLearning@UNG (Brightspace by D2L) has a few changes that we thought you should be aware of:

• The availability and locking dates for Discussion forums and topics are now found under the Restrictions tab rather than on the Properties page.
  
  
• The Active/Inactive setting for Quizzes has been replaced with a “Hide from Users” check box. A similar approach is also used for category and grade items in the Grades tool.
  
  
• The Draft/Publish setting in the Content area has been replaced with an icon and sliding checkbox to make modules and content items either “Visible” or “Hidden.”
