UNG’s 7th Annual Model United Nations Conference was held on Friday, March 29. This year’s theme was Addressing the Impacts that Artificial Intelligence has in the Current Digital Age. Fifty-one participants from various campuses and disciplines as broad as History, Political Science, International Affairs, Elementary Education, and Cybersecurity attended this all-day conference. The students represented 24 countries and were successful in passing three resolutions as they simulated the United Nations General Assembly.

Jointly organized by the Model United Nations Clubs on the Dahlonega and Gainesville campuses, the event was chaired by our very own PSIA students, Nathanael Hines and Jessica Case, with logistical support from club advisors Drs. Jon Miner and Bibek Chand.
