CONGRATULATIONS (or in her native Romanian, FELICITĂRIˆ) to Dr, Raluca Viman-Miller who was just named the 2023 recipient of UNG’s Emerging Leader Award!  

Presented by UNG’s Center for Teaching, Learning, and Leadership (CTLL), the award is presented to the faculty member who best exemplifies “UNG’s commitment to shared governance and effective leadership.”   

Incoming department head Dr. Craig Greathouse is not surprised by the news: “Dr. Viman-Miller is highly deserving of this award for the work and dedication she has put into developing programing within the Department of Political Science & International Affairs. This award is a recognition of those efforts.”
