Congratulations to Dr. Edward Mienie!

Dr. Edward Mienie, Executive Director, Strategic Studies Program & Partnerships and Associate Professor of Strategic & Security Studies, was awarded the Pro Patria medal by the South African National Defence Force in recognition of his service during the Angolan War in the1980s at the 14th International Conference on Cyber Warfare and Security. The event was hosted by Stellenbosch University and the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research in South Africa.
