Need Help With a DETI Product or Service?

Keep Calm and Submit a DETI Ticket

Don’t panic. DETI can help. Submit a ticket.

Most of the questions we receive are about Brightspace by D2L, the Learning Management System used by UNG (eLearning@UNG).

We can also provide answers for your ProctorU, Respondus, Honorlock, Kaltura, SoftChalk, Turnitin, Blackboard Collaborate, and Top Hat questions. Plus a few more.

DETI assists instructors with online and blended (hybrid) course design. That includes Quality Matters reviews, instructional design support, closed-captioning of media, instructional audio and video recording, and faculty mentoring.

Instructors and staff can submit a ticket to request individual or group training on a particular topic or product.

We also provide training sessions throughout the year. Search our calendar for topics of interest.

Give Us Details

Please be specific when requesting DETI’s help. For example, tell us which assignment folder, which quiz, which student, etc., when requesting help with an eLearning@UNG (D2L) module.

Provide the title of the Kaltura video and/or the URL or other details that will help us locate the problem quickly.

When requesting training, provide the programs or topics you would like us to cover. Are you requesting an online, in-person or a group meeting with your co-workers?
