Sorry Kaltura. It’s not potty mouth. It’s a campus name.

It was recently noticed that the closed captioning function in Kaltura (provided by Cielo24) was refusing to spell a UNG campus name, displaying it instead as a series of asterisks.

DETI’s John Williams investigated and discovered that Cielo24 had a profanity filter applied.

Now that the filter has been turned off, closed captioning now spells Cumming Campus instead of ******* Campus.
