Pi Sigma Alpha has two new members!
UNG’s Xi Kappa chapter of Pi Sigma Alpha, the national political science honor society, inducted two new members into the Society during the 2023-2024 academic year. These newest PSIA members are

Seniors majoring in political science who show high achievement in the political science discipline and strong academic performance are invited to apply for membership. Dr. Charles “Trey” Wilson III, Professor of Political Science and faculty advisor to the Xi Kappa chapter, is quite proud of these two students who qualified for membership based on their “outstanding academic excellence.”
On behalf of the Department, we congratulate these outstanding women and welcome them to the ranks of the honors society.
Pi Sigma Alpha today hosts chapters on over 800 campuses and has inducted more than 300,000 members. Its membership includes national, state, and local political leaders, including one president, three Supreme Court justices, and dozens of members of Congress. It is one of the oldest and most prestigious single discipline honor societies in higher education.
