Year of the Books Chat: November

For writers around the globe, November means NaNoWriMo, the challenge to write 1,667 words a day and complete a 50,000-word novel in one month. NaNoWriMo started in 1999 and has resulted in some fantastic books.

For November, I reread Cinder by Marissa Meyer. There’s nothing I love more than cyborg, futuristic fairy tale retellings. The fact that Cinder started as a NaNoWriMo project only makes it better.

There’s only one month left in 2020. View the full prompt list to choose your final book of the year.
