Going on a study abroad can be beneficial in more ways than one. There are so many offered by the school that sometimes it can get overwhelming. We have compiled a few that are business major-centered to help you figure out which one would be the best fit for you!

  1. Get the London Look

Looking to explore a new country for a short amount of time? Why don’t you look at our London Experience program! It is a way to open your eyes to international business experience, tour a different country, and earn academic credit. It is offered during the entire week of UNG’s spring break so it does not clash with any time in class throughout your spring semester. From Lloyd’s of London to the Westminster Abbey, you’ll be able to see all parts of London and everything it has to offer.

  1. Living in Olive Garden

Ever wanted endless pasta from an authentic Italian restaurant? Well look no further than the Business & Culture in Italy trip! This experience will help you learn about the Italian culture and give you the opportunity to attend different tours of Italian-based companies. You’ll be able to enjoy Rome and take a couple of classes over the course of five weeks during the summer. This is an experience of a lifetime that you will not want to miss.

  1. Interning Abroad

While there is big study abroad trips offered by the school, there are other routes that students can take. International Internships are a great way to gain experience in the business world and immerse you in a new culture. Students in the past have interned in places like Germany for UPS, Porsche, ITMS Marketing to gain knowledge about what it’s like to work internationally. Business students that are interested can go to the Center for the Future of North Georgia to learn more about past experiences and how UNG can help you get to where you want to go. Participating in experiences like these benefit your future business career and open up opportunities for living abroad after college.
