Funding Resources

In light of the current public health crisis, several sponsors have published new funding opportunities and resources to promote research on COVID-19 and its spread. Through their SPIN search database, InfoEd Global has compiled a thorough list of COVID-19 opportunities and resources. Click the link below to access this information for free.

If you identify a funding opportunity you would like to apply to, please complete a Proposal Initiation Form or email grants@ung.edu with any questions.

InfoEd SPIN is one of the most comprehensive databases of funding opportunities from government and private sources covering most disciplines and is available at no-cost to University of North Georgia (UNG) faculty and staff on a regular basis.

To register (not required to access COVID-19 info), go to the SPIN Login Page and click “Need to create a new profile?”. Enter your information and an account request will be sent to UNG’s SPIN administrator to approve. Email grants@ung.edu for more information and assistance.

Agency Guidance

In addition, the Council On Governmental Relations (COGR) is maintaining a webpage with federal Agency Guidance. Click the link below to learn more about how sponsors are responding to the COVID-19 crisis.
