The D2L Help Center is available 24/7, 365 days a year. The Help Center supports all Brightspace by D2L users – students and instructors.

There are links to commonly asked questions below three main sections: Getting Started, Student Support, and Instructor / Designer Support.

You can learn how to clear web browser cache, set up a gradebook or get started with quizzes. The website also includes links to how-to videos for instructors.

Ask questions during a live chat, search the database, or get help by phone. Click the “Contact Support” link for telephone support, as well as hearing impaired support with appropriate adaptive technology.
