Looking for something to do this summer? Consider the CTLL Summer Academy!
This CTLL Summer Academy is designed for faculty looking for ways to help students be successful in the classroom and to better prepare them for the future — particularly marginalized students who struggle more in higher education.
Each of the sessions over three days will offer some insight into best classroom practices designed to engage students in the classroom. 

Topics include Mindset and Motivation, Mindfulness, Foundations of Education, an introduction to TiLT, Working with First Generation Students, and Remote Engagement. 

After academy sessions, faculty will be asked to share one lesson or practice they have modified to be more effective in the classroom. Presentations will be held July 26th. 

The number of participants accepted is limited. Applications with be gathered through InfoReady. Application deadline is Monday, May 17, 2021 and participants will be informed of their selection on or before Monday, May 24, 2021. Those that complete all sessions will receive a certificate of completion.
