Copyright, Images, and Educational Use Part I

This workshop begins with an examination of traditional copyright, alternative licensing schemes, and a discussion of the definition of Public Domain. Following that discussion will be a study of the application and analysis of the Fair Use exception. The goal of this workshop is to encourage and empower our UNG community in the use of the Fair Use, as applicable, for educational use of images by examining those exceptions in action.
