UNG Faculty and Staff are invited to attend a workshop to discuss serving students with disabilities. Would you like to know how to better serve students with disabilities? Do you have questions about your role in providing accommodations? What is the difference between a Service Animal and an Emotional Support Animal?

Some of the issues we will be addressing include:

  • American Disability Act, 504 and 508 law
  • Classroom Accommodation Procedures (e.g. Timed Tests, Word Banks and Formula Sheets, Disability Related Absences)

  • Confidentiality Issues
